2023 Proms Package

Check out our updated 2023 Proms Package! The 14th century Hospitium is a twostorey listed building set within the beautiful York Museum Gardens in York city centre, overlooked by the striking ruins of the Grade 1 listed St. Mary’s Abbey, is an ideal location to host your end of year Prom!

The Prom Package includes…

Exclusive use of the Hospitium, a two-storey 14th Century venue, in the stunning Museum Gardens.
Venue hire includes use of our tables and chairs over both floors.
Available: Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays
Hire time: 7pm – 11pm
Access: From 6pm for set-up only

Catering (Bradshaw’s of York, includes 1 non-alcoholic drink per person, a finger buffest, an a cash bar selling non-alcoholic drink)

DJ hire (4 hours of playtime from our dedicated DJ NightOwls from 7pm-11pm)

Price: 30 per person.
*Based on a minimum of 50 guests. Maximum capacity is 130.

Decorations:

The Hospitium provides fairy lights on two pillars in the downstairs room, a fairy light curtain in the foyer area (an ideal backdrop for selfies!), and fairy lights around the wooden beams upstairs.
Up to 4 members of the prom committee are welcome to bring other small decorations, and set these up between 6pm – 6:30pm on the day.

Chaperones required: 1 adult for every 20 guests in attendance
